On the box ‘How do you solve a problem like Maria’

Applied to the local agricultural college for a course starting in September. City and Guilds cert in professional cookery. Haven’t attended a course in sometime so this could be quite a challenge.

This weekend I’ve cooked Crème Brulee (Trinity Burnt Cream) and St Emilion au Chocolate, served in a cheesecake slice way. I’ve also cooked up some rhubarb chutney to last the winter.

Off for some ‘Emily time’!

Hey wow, I did my C&G's as a teenager, proper qualifications they are, I didn't know you could still do them in catering, I thought it was all those wortless NVQ's.
