One in five cars stopped by police in Hull were driven without insurance, the latest crackdown proving an outstanding success. Success is relative I would assume given that a fifth of the community think its absolutely fine to drive without insurance, I wonder how many had no licence or MOT either? I feel less safe now post crackdown than I did before, how good is that. Protect, help and reassure, not, lets be all continental and drive bumper car fashion.
