‘Fatkins’ what a headline, although it was due to water retention and not fat - apparently. Not such a fan of Atkins although as a quick fix just as likely to work as any other diet. On the no food after 1800hrs diet I’ve lost over half a stone in a week that’s with 40 minutes cardio a day. Works for me. I intend to be 12.5 stone by March if my knees hold up.
