itunes playing 'Mardy Bum' by the Arctic Monkeys
A week since the last post - not doing very well.
After 4 seven am until 7pm shifts, Tuesday gym then Latitude with A for lunch and then a walk with A and dog on Beverley Westwood (Westie woodie)! Followed by a night in at A watching big brother amongst other things.
Today gym, not lost any weight in fact gaining arragh, two weeks of workouts and I'm gaining.
Big Brother fixated, again.

Chances are, you're gaining muscle which is much denser and heavier than... erm... fat!
Try more aerobic activities (running, X-trainer, etc) as opposed to weights.
