Two things I'm addicted to right now, home made tapenade on EVERYTHING and I mean everything, well edible anyway, like pilchards on toast, with tapenade, boring wafer thin pack up sandwiches, with tapenade, bagette, with tapenade and so on.

Oh and the other one, I'm feeling a bit like Howard Hughes as I keep washing face and everything else with Lushs 'Honey I washed the kids' soap, funnily enough made with honey.

Spellbound, last nights film/docu on channel 4, about spelling bees in America, great.

Off out to a country pub for something to eat now with A. I'm looking forward to Greece with A and tapenade, lots of it.
