It’s raining again! In some respects I like winter evenings, drawing the curtains early and snuggling in front of the fire.

Today I’ve finally managed to plug my MD Walkman into my laptop and copy various cd’s onto minidisk (LP4 which equates to about 5 cd’s per mini disc – why do Sony mess about so much – my not so old Sony music system only plays LP2?).

Anyway much fun had recording holiday music. MD One – PJ Harvey followed by the Pixies – Tromp le Monde, (U-mass is a killer track, sexy and sassy as the judges in strictly come dancing would have it). REM’s new one and that’s as far as I’ve got, Scissor Sisters, Franz Ferdinand and the Killers tomorrow.
