Larkin has officially been recognized as a budding ‘artist’, at long last. ‘Windows 3’ by Larkin has been chosen as an exhibit for this years open exhibition at the Ferens Art Gallery and will be on display from the 18th of July for a few weeks. Its available at a reasonable price for sale so get your skates on. The piece is as you might expect of 32 Pearson Park, Philips top flat of quite some years, its now almost in complete disrepair, it does however remain a beautiful property. The garden is almost completely overgrown and wild, looking like a garden akin to many of this years Hampton Court Flower show and has an amazing wrought iron gate. Next year ‘Windows 4, 5 and 6’, will be submitted. I found it disappointing that as well as being in disrepair I could not see any form of Blue Plaque, shameful.
